Make $50.00 check payable to Gateway Engineers. B. CD 47 7.2 Duncan Avenue Drainage-Crafton Borough Project includes installation of a new storm inlet, installation of 85 LF of 15 SLCPP storm sewer, 60 SY of bituminous trench repaving, 20 LF of deepset concrete curb, 190 SY of state mill and pave restoration. Make $50.00 check payable to Gateway Engineers. C. Beechwood Avenue Sidewalk Replacement - Carnegie Borough Project includes the replacement of approximately 175 LF of concrete sidewalk. Make $50.00 check payable to KLH Engineers. The Bid Documents below are being distributed by F.l. Haus Company, 921 Ridge Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. All bidders are required to buy the full set of drawings and specifications for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 from F.l. CD 47 7.2 Catch Basin Replacement - Bridgeville Borough Project includes the replacement of two inlets along Station Street including connections to existing storm sewer system, bituminous pavement restoration, concrete curb and sidewalk restoration and maintenance and protection of traffic. There are Add Alternates for replacing three additional inlets along Station Street and Darby Way. Project includes the replacement of 3 inlets including connections to existing storm sewer system, pavement restoration, concrete curb and sidewalk restoration. There is an Add Alternate for replacing two additional inlets including restoration of disturbed areas. Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificate of Workers Compensation; Explosion, Underground Damage and Collapse Insurance Certificate must be filed with the executed Agreement. The Char-West COG reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities. All recipients of funds must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and a CAGE CODE. Strict adherence will be required in submitting detailed status reports. Compliance is required with Davis Bacon and the Federal Labor Standard Provisions; Title VI and other applicable provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Department of Labor Equal Opportunity Clause (41 CFR 60 - 1.4); Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; Executive Order 11625 (Utilization of Minority Business Enterprise): Executive Order 12138 (Utilization of Female Business Enterprise); in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; and the Allegheny County MBE/WBE Program enacted July, 1981, which sets forth goals of 13 percent Minority and 2 percent Female Business Enterprise; and the Allegheny County Ordinance #6867-12, setting forth goals of 5 percent Veteran Owned Small Businesses. which sets forth goals of 13 percent Minority and 2 percent Female Business Enterprise; and the Allegheny County Ordinance #6867-12, setting forth goals of 5 percent Veteran-Owned Small Business. to complete the work under this Contract will require FORTY-FIVE (45) calendar days from the date of written Notice to Proceed.
