Renovation of a mixed-use development in Douglas, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Coffee County School District is seeking bids to complete a restroom flooring project at 10 schools within the district. Project consists of Prepping existing tile floor and base for epoxy floor & base and epoxy on the wall behind the urinals. Toilet partitions and toilets will have to removed and reinstalled after epoxy flooring is complete. Install new wax ring at toilets and caulk to floor. One Boys and Girls Toilet at each school will be available to be worked on after school hours. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Start November 10, 2021 and project completed June 30, 2022. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
