Renovation of a mixed-use development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Bow Valley Suite's to include #10, 2, 35, 53, 46 Shouldice Lodge suites to include #6, 37, 53, 55, 57 1) Complete full abatement of the shower area/walls and flooring are containing asbestos 2) Remove existing bathtub, taps, cabintes, flooring, plumbing, lighting, grab bars(to be reused) Toliet(to be reused) 3) Supply and install new wedi shower system(shower pan(vendor to conffrim darin location), curb, wedi drywall boards, niche & bench 4) Supply and install new shower plumbing including taps(moen), new vanity sink and taps(moen) 5) Supply and install new backing for grab bars and shower rod 6) Reinstall shower rods and grab bars 7) Supply and install new LED lighting 8) Supply and install new vanity(Clear maple, flat panel doors, chrome handles & counter top(Black Alicante 4926k-07 Textured Gloss) with back splash(6 inch) 9) Patch and paint washroom including suite and ceilings 10) Supply and install new flooring in washrooms forbo Allura dryback steamed oak(2.5MM), including rubber cove base (moon rock #29) 11) Supply and install new tile 12 x 24 STAS1224N on shower walls, 2 x 2 ECGRMOS2U floor tile on shower pan, curb and niche & bench(all edges to have chrome schlutrer installed) 12) All joints, corners to be clear siliconed and grouts lines to be sealed(grout to be delorian gray) 13) Provide full suite clean prior to turn over 14) Vendor to confirm all measurements as drawings are not available
