The objective of this project is to procure construction contractor services for the installation of a 4-stall concrete vault toilet facility and select site furnishings at Marshall Springs Day Use Site. The successful proponent must ensure the new facility adheres to the Alberta Forestry & Parks standards. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for making all necessary adjustments to the site to accommodate the new vault toilet facility. The vault toilet facility shall provide a functional, safe, and compliant restroom facility that meets the needs of the visitors at Marshall Springs Day Site. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Mobilization/Site Preparation and Site Maintenance: Including, but not limited to, site grading, and maintenance as required to establish access, set up work area, and maintain work area. Contractor is to notify the Province upon completion of Site Preparation works prior to commencing the construction of the vault toilet. 2. Concrete 4-Stall Washroom Building: Including the supply and construction of one (1) pre-fabricated concrete 4- stall vault washroom building complete with: a. Precast concrete septic tanks; b. Precast concrete toilet building structure; c. Wood truss and metal clad roof; d. All building accessories as identified on the drawings; e. Landscaping finishing work 3. Informational Kiosk: Including the supply and construction of one (1) informational kiosk. 4. Grading and Landscaping: Including the grading and landscaping of the area to accommodate the building and access. 5. Shop Drawings: The contractor shall provide shop drawings for approval by Alberta Forestry and Parks. 6. Demobilization/Site Cleanup: Including, but not limited to demobilization of all equipment, and general cleanup of the site to the satisfaction of the Province. 7. Documentation, Updates and Closeout: The contractor shall document all work with photographs and send regular project updates.
