Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Lyons, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a 60,000-square-foot educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
Plans call for a 60,000 square foot addition including gym, locker rooms, classrooms, and kitchen. Note from construction manager: Schedule: Earthwork to begin in November of 2022. The remainder of the building to begin in December 2022 or March 2023. We are requesting pricing for both options. Please let us know if there are questions or concerns on this.
