Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lyons, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction within and modifications to an existing treatment building including demolition, structural modifications, concrete repair, installation of pre-purchased equipment, plant piping, connection to temporary treatment system, electrical, mechanical, miscellaneous site work and piping, and other appurtenant work as shown in the plans and described in the specifications. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and Bidders are required to bid on all Bid Sections. Project is being funded in part by USDA Rural Development. No pre-bid conference will be held. The work covered by this specification shall include all labor, material, equipment and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to proper completion of all electrical work as shown on the drawings and hereinafter specified, except work or material specified to be furnished and performed by others. The work shall include but not be limited to the following: 1. Electrical service. 2. Electrical equipment, materials and work, connection of pumps, mechanical and miscellaneous equipment. 3. Lighting systems.
