Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lyons, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,920-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; 864-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The proposed Lyons Brink Memorial Park Project will consist of two separate buildings. The Picnic Pavillion will consist of a 1,920 square foot insulated pre-engineered timber column structure that will be sub-divided into an open picnic area, warming kitchen, and an ADA accessible restroom. The building will utilize interior stud framing with FRP paneling to sub-divide the spaces. The exterior façade will consist of pre-finished metal wall and roof panels. The Restroom Building will consist of a 864 square foot insulated pre-engineered timber column structure that will be sub-divided into an open picnic area, ADA accessible restrooms, mechanical/storage area, and a storm shelter. The building will utilize interior stud framing with FRP paneling to sub-divide the spaces. The exterior façade will consist of pre-finished metal wall and roof panels. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems shall be included under this contract. Question Deadline 11/06/2025
