Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Speedway, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
***As of November 8, 2021, the project has been awarded for the amount of $311,035.10.*** The work shall consist of the removing the existing traffic signal located at 10th St. and Cossell Road in Speedway, Indiana and replacing the traffic signal with a new traffic signal with poles provided by the Town of Speedway. The traffic signal work shall include all conduit, wiring, cabinets, and signal equipment necessary to construct a fully functional traffic signal at this location. Also included with this contract is the construction of a functional lighting system using the ornate lighting poles provided by the Town of Speedway. The lighting construction will require conduits, lighting, and a service point shared with the cabinet of the traffic signal at this location. The Proposal must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidder's bond, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Town of Speedway, Indiana. The Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to comply with required Federal and State labor regulations. Speedway, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts there-of and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids.
