The Base Bid will include full reconstruction of the roadway, milling, demolition, curb, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, driveway approaches, site restoration, and mobilization and demobilization, in the following areas, within the Town of Speedway; 25th Street, from High School Road to Parkwood Drive Checks shall be payable to "Kieser Consulting Group, LLC". The Project, which is funded from Town budgeted funds and a CCMG grant, will be constructed in up to one (1) contract division. In general, the work consists of providing all labor and materials for resurfacing an asphalt concrete street. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Bid. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. All bids received shall remain valid and in force for 60 calendar days after the date of Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid, which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
