Demolition, site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Speedway, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Base Bid for the Leonard Park Playground Improvements Project in general will be a renovation of the park playground site, including demolition and removal of existing playground and play surface, installation of new playgrounds and play surface, including all necessary site work, with all playground equipment and turf surface supplied by the town. The project includes all work and materials to construct the project in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the manufacturers specifications for the equipment and turf surface. Installation of the playground equipment must be completed by a Game Time certified installer. The turf surface must be completed by a Game Time Impax certified installer. The Project, which is funded from Town budgeted funds, will be constructed in up to one ( 1) contract divisions. In general , the work consists of providing all labor and materials for renovation to a public park. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
