The VA has a Construction requirement for a Upgrading the Operating Room Ventilation System, Project 605-19-401, at the Loma Linda VA Healthcare System (LLVAHCS), located in Loma Linda, California. Contractor will be required to provide construction services to include all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to successfully execute the construction plans. The project includes General Construction. General Construction includes all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform general construction, alterations, necessary removal of existing equipment and construction and certain other items. The project will involve but not be limited to trades required for the complete renovation of areas indicated on the drawings. A Critical Path Method (CPM) Plan and schedule demonstrating fulfillment of contract requirements will be required. The acquisition is a Total Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Construction contract. The Period of Performance is 270 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bid bond will be required.
