Renovation of a water / sewer project in Princeton, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of April 14, 2022, this solicitation is still under evaluation. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Municipality of Princeton, by issuance of this Request for Proposals, hereby solicits proposals from qualified Professional Engineering Consultants to provide engineering design services relating to improving, partially replacing, or fully replacing six (6) of Princeton's sanitary sewer pump stations and associated force mains. Interested firms that respond to this RFP shall have extensive experience, background, and qualifications in sanitary sewage pump station and force main condition assessment and design. The Professional Engineering Consultant that is selected by Princeton to complete the scope of work will evaluate the structural and operational condition of the pump stations and associated force mains; provide bid-ready construction documents for the improvement, partial replacement, or full replacement of the pump stations and associated force mains; and prepare and submit all applications for permits required by local, state, and federal agencies. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
