The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a qualified general contractor, appropriately licensed in the State of Arizona, to complete the Kingman-Butler Sewer Expansion Project for sewer main extension along Devlin Avenue in Kingman, Arizona, on behalf of the Development Services Department. Once complete, the sewer line expansion has the potential to serve over 2,700 parcels by providing the necessary sewer main that will allow for the anticipated future sewer expansion needs for the entire New Kingman Addition area. The Scope of Work consists of the installation of a new gravity sewer system connecting to the City of Kingman's existing gravity sewer system at Devlin Avenue and Bank Street, extending it west to College Drive, including gravity sewer pipe, sewer manholes, service laterals, stub-outs, and connections to participating homes, including abandonment of existing septic systems. Written questions regarding this IFB must be received by the Procurement Department no later than October 24, 2022.
