A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: For RFP - 2021 CDBG-CV Project Clyde Gracey Community Center The City of Milton, Florida (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing professional engineering services in conjunction with the City's FFY 2021 Community Development Block Grant - CV Project. The project consists of the expansion and renovation of the Milton Community Center to provide adequate, flexible space to prepare our community for a severe pandemic, as well as, to meet our community's growing senior and youth program needs. Professional services required shall be secured in accordance with 73C-23, F.A.C., 2 CFR 200.317-.326 F.S. and the City's CDBG Procurement Policy. The City proposed to award a contract or contracts to the provider whose proposal(s) is/are deemed most advantageous to the City subject to the negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation consistent with industry standards. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and if an award is made, will be made to the most responsible firm whose proposal indicates that the award will be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities in the proposal. The City further certifies that it will not discriminate during the selection process on the basis of age, sex, familial status, race, national origin, or handicap status.
