The DPSCS's Maryland Correctional Pre-Release System is requesting bids to replace two thousand (2,000) square feet of concrete sidewalk. The vendor or contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials. The contractor will be responsible for performing during normal working hours; Monday - Friday from 7am-3pm. The advanced specifications for this project are as follows: 1.)The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials to replace 2,000 square feet of sidewalk. 2.) The contractor will demolish and remove the existing sidewalk area of 2,000 square feet. 3.) The contractor will prepare the above area of sidewalk for preparation to install the new sidewalk. 4.) Four (4) inches of dirt will be removed. 5.) Four (4) inches of CR6 will be installed. 6.) Form and pour four (4) inches of concrete at 3500PSI. 7.) All areas that were dealt with must be backfilled and stabilized. 8.) All areas will be cleaned up and swept. 9.) All materials used by the contractor will be removed from the property. 10.) Once the contract is awarded there will be pre-work conference.
