As of December 20, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded due to budgeting issues. It is unclear at this time if the project will be rebid. The Health Department reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled proposal opening date. The NKIDHD cautions proposers to assure actual delivery of mailed or hand-delivered proposals directly to the Northern Kentucky Health Department prior to the deadline set for receiving proposals. Any proposal received by the NKIDHD after the established deadline will be returned unopened to the proposer. Warranty: Provide all standard Contractors Warranty of 1 year; all extended warranties will be passed on to owner. Schedule: Assume contract will be awarded by approx. December 1, 2021, with work starting at general contractor's schedule. Most work must be done avoiding disruption of business (health center primarily open M-F 8a-5p).
