Renovation of an educational facility in Springfield, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statements are due by 4:00 PM on the above date in order for bids to be considered for award. Bids and 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statement received after the required time and date time will not be considered. The scope of work for this bid includes, but is not limited to the following: Construction of 3,300 square foot, CMU building. Amenities include two (2) team rooms, staff office in each team room, internal storage areas and restroom facilities. This building will be constructed at a designated location north of the baseball field and south of Hamlin Middle School. The facilities will serve the baseball complex, as well as the football/soccer/track facility and will be available for use during the school day by staff and students. This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project therefore no bid will be received or considered unless the Bid contains a statement by the bidder, as part of the bid, that "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the applicable provisions of 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148.
