As of September 8 2022, this project is in construction. Southeast Missouri State University seeks to pre-qualify General Contractors, who will be invited to bid on each of the bid packages on the Houck Stadium South Sideline Renovation, Phase I project. The project scope includes three bid packages of work briefly described below. Package A - Demolition/Site Utility Package estimated start date 12/01/2021 Package B - Structural Precast/Foundation Package estimated start date 1/06/2022 Package C - Architectural estimated start date Spring 2022 Questions shall be submitted only in writing to the above individual. All appropriate questions received before 5pm, October 5, 2021, will be answered via e-mail to all recorded holders of this RFQ no later than 5pm, October 7, 2021 For General Contractors, the project scope and limited time frame require contractor experience with similar projects and detailed scheduling and on-site coordination. General contractors wishing to be pre-qualified will be evaluated on successful completion of similar projects, the experience of key personnel, bonding capacity, and references. This phase of the renovation includes the following work: A. Demolition/Site Utility Package (To bid in November 2021) a. Full demolition of the entire existing south sideline and press box b. Removal and relocation of existing utilities to maintain operations to adjacent buildings. c. Site grading d. Under-slab utilities B.
