Electronic submission accepted: No The Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) wishes to launch a call for tenders relating to the Redevelopment of cafeterias, showers and changing rooms at the Saint-Hubert Operations Center (CESH) - Garage 1 and 2. In general, the work of this project is aimed at repairing the cafeteria, showers and changing rooms in garage 1 as well as repairing the cafeteria in garage 2 of the RTL operations center located at 5120, boulevard Grande Allée in St-Hubert. Without limitation, the works include: Replacement of finishes;
Replacement of built-in furniture;
Replacement of toilet partitions;
Addition of a shower and a toilet;
Replacement of doors, frames and hardware;
Replacement of sanitary ware and toilet accessories;
Modification to the partitioning;
All related work in mechanics and electricity; The deadline for filing a complaint with the CLIENT under the Complaints Management Procedure is October 12, 2021. A tender guarantee of 10% of the total amount of the Submission before taxes;
A letter of commitment for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of the obligations for pledges, materials and services of 50% each of the total amount of the tender before taxes; If applicable;
The CONTRACTOR reserves the right to withdraw certain Works, both at the time of awarding the Contract and during performance of the Contract, without incurring any liability whatsoever towards anyone. The CLIENT does not undertake to accept any of the Submissions received and incurs no liability towards the BIDDERS. In addition, the CLIENT reserves the right to reject all Submissions received and to make, if it deems it appropriate, a new call for tenders. In any case, the TENDERERS cannot claim any compensation or compensation.
