Exterior Scope can be walked by Contractors. Please Note: All Contractors that plan on attending must present a valid Drivers License or State ID to gain access to the School at this time. Masks will be mandatory for all personnel. D. Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be made payable to the Board of Education Addison School District. E. Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Mr. Tim Keeley, Assistant Superintendent for Business, Addison District 4, 222 North Kennedy Drive, Addison, Illinois 60101. The Bid Package # must be clearly marked on the envelope. F. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. G. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Addendum #1-#6 have been issued.
