The City of Flint, Finance Department of Purchases & Supplies, is soliciting sealed bids for providing: Supply 25% Sodium Hydroxide NSF Grade Any written questions regarding this project shall be directed to Lauren Rowley at lrowley@cityofflint.com using the subject title of "ITB #22-017 - SUPPLY 25% SODIUM HYDROXIDE NSF GRADE." Questions must be submitted by Wednesday, October 6, 2021 before 10:00 AM (EST). The invitation for proposal, instructions to proposal, proposal, affidavit, addenda (if any), statement of Bidder's qualifications (when required), general conditions, special conditions, performance bond, labor and material payment bond, insurance certificates, technical specifications, and drawings, together with this agreement, form the contract, and they are as fully a part of the contract as if attached hereto or repeated herein. Proposer hereby agrees to supply Sodium Hydroxide 25% NSF Grade for a two (2) year period from 07/01/2021 to 06/30/2023 The Proposer understands that the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and that no guarantee of quantity under this proposal is implied.
