Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 450-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.
**As of June 30, 2022, project was awarded, The anticipated start is summer/fall 2022** As of June 9, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 17, 2022. The Project generally includes: -The placement/installation of +/- 3 inches of ultra-high performance cementitious topping product over approximately 450 square feet of concrete tipping floor, including all preparation activities. All questions must be submitted by April 22, 2022, at 4:00 PM. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid total. No Bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after Bid opening, and the Owner shall award a contract or reject all Bids on or before such sixty (60) day period. The Owner reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any Bid at its sole discretion.
