As of July 12, 2022, construction is underway and expected to be completed July 29, 2022. A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs and alternates. This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Manheim Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of Manheim Township. Jaycee Park - Phase 2 contains one (1) contract: Contract No. 1 - Site Improvement Contract. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/18/2022 4:00 PM The project budget estimate range is $475,000 - $500,000 *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
