Site work for a water / sewer project in Cone, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a wastewater treatment plant.
WWTP improvements. Drain the existing pond and reline with either soil or synthetic liner. Pond 1 and 2 will be reshaped. Pond 3 will be filled in and a new pond 3 will be constructed next to pond 2 to the east. FUNDING AGENCY: USDA-RD Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive/deductible alternate bids items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding of the contract.
