Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work to be performed consists, in general, of replacing the existing lighting fixtures (163 lighting fixtures) at the specified intersections with a higher wattage luminaire that will allow the intersection lighting to meet current standards. Other work items include making final wiring connection in davit arm and removing and salvaging existing light fixtures. During the bidding of this project, contractors who have questions or desire clarifications about the bid documents, must submit those questions or requests for clarifications in writing using the form provided in the bid documents. Said questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted by the date identified in the Request for Information (RFI) form and in these Special Provisions.
