Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
*As of August 17, 2022, the apparent low bidder has received the Notice of Award and will be approved by the City Board in early September 2022. The work to be performed consists, in general, of the rehabilitation of two, off line, primary clarifiers (Nos. 1 and 2) at the City of Bakersfield Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 3. This includes concrete repair and coating, metal blasting and re coating, replacement of the scum collection sludge rake assemblies, center drive rehabilitation, and miscellaneous metal repair. During the bidding of this project, contractors who have questions or desire clarifications about the bid documents, must submit those questions or requests for clarifications in writing using the form provided in the bid documents. Said questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted by the date identified in the project schedule in Section 4 of these Special Provisions.
