Renovation of a municipal facility in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project includes but not limited to demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and finishes that will provide a fully functional lab environment. Inquiries concerning this RFP should be directed to the Business Services Department, at procurement@capk.org. The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) determines the General Prevailing Wage Rates (GPWR), including fringe benefits, for each craft, classification, or type of worker considered to be necessary to complete the contract work. CAPK anticipates but does not guarantee that the Contract will be awarded by September 10, 2022. CAPK reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP. The Contract for the accepted proposal will be based upon the factors described in this RFP.
