Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
This is a prevailing wage job due to the estimated expense. The wage rate was requested on a $75,000.00 estimateA certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the City of Lebanon, Negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, but the City of Lebanon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted. Bids may be held by the City of Lebanon for a period of sixty days (60) from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidder, prior to the awarding of the Contract.
