Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the rehabilitation of approximately 1,790 LF of 8" - 20" existing sanitary sewer main by CIPP method and 100 LF of 8" - 10" sewer main via open cut method, including associated manhole improvements, bypass pumping, and traffic control for the 2020 CMOM Package 2A Project For questions regarding this solicitation, technical questions or additional information, please contact Janie M. Answers to the questions will be posted to the site by 5:00 PM (CDT) on October 26, 2021 Sealed bids must be accompanied by a cashiers check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. If Bidders intend to submit bids electronically, Bidders will need to submit a request by November 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM (CDT) to receive access to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site via email to Janie.Powell@saws.org. The SMWVB goal on this project is 20%
