A Pre-bid Conference Will Not Be Held A certified or cashier's check made payable to City of Sedalia, Missouri, or a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The bid bond shall be the American Institute of Architects approved form. After award of project, a performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, with a surety approved by the Owner and Engineer is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the best bid whether it is or is not the lowest bid and to waive irregularities. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening
