Work of the Project includes Construction of 9,000 gallon hydropneumatic Tank, two 450-gallon pumps, Variable Frequency Drives, electrical upgrades and minor site improvements.Limits on Use of Site: Confine construction operations to pump station and areas shown on the plans. Driveways, Walkways, and Entrances: Keep driveways and entrances serving premises clear and available to Owner, Owner's employees, and emergency vehicles at all times. Do not use these areas for parking or for storage of materials.Schedule deliveries to minimize use of driveways and entrances by construction operations.Demolition of Existing Pump Stati Phase 2: Installation of new Pumps, piping, valves, VFDs and Electrical Upgrades Phase 3: Demolition of existing hydropneumatic tank and yard piping Phase 4: Installation of new hydropneumatic tank and yard piping. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
