Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Portsmouth, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project or Work consists of isolating an existing 36-inch RCP force main from the intersection of Effingham Street and County Street to the intersection of Effingham Street and Race Street in Portsmouth, installing a temporary above ground bypass force main, installing a 30-inch HDPE pipe by direct bury, completing tie-ins to two City of Portsmouth pump stations and a 20-inch force main, and performing condition assessment of the existing 36-inch force main. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. HRSD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
