2021 Curb Ramps - III This project is subject to coverage under the Davis-Bacon and related acts. Contractors bidding shall comply with the City of Erie's MBE and WBE Policy. Bid # 1782-21 will be financed through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. This project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u. Bids shall be made upon the official proposal form attached to the specification, which may be seen at the City Engineer's Office, 626 State St., Rm 400, Erie, PA 16501. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Certificate of Deposit in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
