Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; and for site work for a office development.
The project consists of, but is not limited to: the demolition of the existing Quin-T building located on 16th Street between French Street and Holland Street in the City of Erie, Erie County, PA. This includes capping and abandonment of utilities; demolition of 4 story building down to the first floor slab; removal of demolition materials from the 4 story building; sealing off entrance ways to the buildings; backfilling excavation area near the basement access area; and installation of the perimeter fence. In addition to the base bid, there are 2 bid alternates which include Bid Alternate #1: Demolition of all 4 stories and push the building into the basement and Bid Alternate #2: Demolition of the smoke stack near the West side of the site. Material from the demolition of the smoke stack and the 4 story building must be removed and disposed of in accordance with applicable local, state and federal disposal guidelines. Anticipated notice to proceed February 1, 2022 Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any or all Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
