The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (Authority) invites firms that may be interested in providing on-call airport planning, programming and environmental professional services to the Authority to submit proposals for furnishing such services. The Authority will select and retain a minimum of one (1) prime consultant and the associated team members to provide, manage and direct the provision of all services for this engagement. The Authority awards contracts without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, gender, age, or handicapping condition. The Authority's contracts are subject to the requirements of North Carolina law, and this contract will be awarded in accord therewith. The MWSB/DBE Goals for MWSB/DBE participation on this contract represent the total dollars that will be spent with MWSB/DBEs as a percentage of the total contract amount, including any amendments. In accordance with the MWSB/DBE Program, the Authority will require that the selected firm must either meet the MWSB/DBE goals or demonstrate that the firm has made sufficient good faith efforts to meet the MWSB/DBE goals. The MWSB/DBE goals for this engagement are as follows: Minority-owned Small Businesses - 10%; Woman-owned Small Businesses - 5%.
