The University at Buffalo will be releasing an Invitation for Bids for audio visual upgrades for classrooms in our Natural Sciences Complex. The State University of New York at Buffalo, hereafter referred to as "the University", is submitting an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a complete Audio Visual System Solution to be started on or around June 5th 2022 and to be completed by August 15th 2022 for three (3) lecture halls. Summary of work to be provided: Provide audio visual systems engineering, and installation within all phases and spaces of the Project, based on owner furnished design and programs. Systems are to include all devices, equipment, installation, programming and commissioning in accordance with requirements of the bid documents and drawings. Provide all equipment, labor, material, tools, inspection, and testing equipment to effectively perform all required installation, termination, maintenance, inspection, and testing procedures in Natural Sciences Complex Lecture Halls 210, 215 and 220. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 17.9% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 12.1% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% ATTENTION: This bid has a mandatory pre-bid meeting to review the location and project scope.
