Site work for a mixed-use development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and playground / park / athletic field.

As of April 10, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Repair Steam Condensate Sports Arena All work on this Contract is to be completed within 60 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Refer to the contract documents, Project Manual, Division 1 - General Requirements for additional scheduling information regarding dates for onsite construction mobilization and completion. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
