Saving Project...

Renovation of a transportation facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The Work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items meeting the technical requirements of these specifications for the project Terminal 2 East Electrical Modernization. The work consists of, but not limited to the following: 1. Modernize electrical power feeding Terminal T2E, per the following: o Replace existing outdoor Main Switchboard (MSB), and associated main control panel and downstream electrical equipment o Provide new MSB with Main-Tie-Main functionality o Provide new redundant 12kV transformer o Construct new larger and modernized main electrical room 2. Construct a new modernized ATO breakroom, based on the following: o Assist the Authority to relocate furniture and appliances out of the existing ATO breakroom o Construct new ATO breakroom and kitchen facilities o Provide new kitchen cabinets, appliances, and furniture 3. Perform the Work in such a way as to support airport operations at all times. Provide temporary power and support contingencies as needed to ensure uninterrupted power to Airport facilities in case of planned and unplanned power interruptions.
