Renovation and addition to a medical facility in Longueuil, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a 45,360-square-foot medical facility; for the addition of a 205,200-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility; and medical facility.
Addition and renovation of the Charles-Le Moyne Hospital in the framework of the Maintenance and improvement program. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new 19,000 m2 pavilion and the redevelopment of approximately 4,200 m2 of existing area. The new structure will also house unites that will be relocated from current modular structures, electrical and mechanical rooms. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in late summer/fall 2025. Note. The architectural firm Aedifica was awarded to provide services of an integrated design process facilitator.
