This extension is at the discretion of the CISSS Monteregie-Centre. The option to extend the contract or not must be communicated in writing to the SERVICE PROVIDER within thirty (30) days preceding the anniversary date. Tender method: Lowest price THE PUBLIC BODY awards the contract by lot, namely: o Lot 1: Champlain Charles-Le Moyne (CCLM) o Lot 2: Haut-Richelieu-Rouville (HHR) Tenderers may participate in one or both lots. To do this, they must submit a price schedule for each desired lot. Please refer to Appendix 2.00 Price Schedule, of the Tender Form document.
