The Districts is soliciting bids to replace the wood chip biofilter media in the South Biofilter cells with expanded clay media. The contractor will also remove and clean under the perforated BacTee plates (media support structure); all in accordance with Special Provisions dated October 2021 THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE JOB. SB 854/96 Pursuant to Labor Code sections 1725.5 and 1771.1, all contractors and subcontractors, of any tier, must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, to bid on and enter into a contract.
