Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of two project areas, refer to the following for a description of the scope of work for each project area: Project Area 1 includes improvements to the West entrance of the Arch Visitor Center. This project area includes excavation work to install reinforced concrete foundations and custom precast concrete benches, custom cut natural stone bench seats, custom fabricated stainless steel railings, paver installation, earthwork and fine grading to ensure positive drainage, soil preparation for plantings, installation of plant materials, reconfiguration of existing irrigation systems, and installation of turfgrass sod. Project Area 5 consists of the excavation of existing soil, field locating of existing sewer lines, installation of underdrainage, installation of planting soils, installation of irrigation and plant materials, and installation of concrete walkway. This work consists of improvements to the west visitor center entrance to the Gateway Arch and Old Cathedral landscape improvements and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications.
