Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Ferguson - Florissant School District is seeking a qualified contractor for the complete replacement of the existing mechanical system at The Innovation School at Cool Valley and upgrade of electrical system components. The existing mechanical system consists of a chiller and boiler with fan coil units throughout. The gym/cafeteria is served by a separate air handler unit. The new system will consist of VRF cooling and heating with dedicated outside air system throughout.
