The SCBE requests bids for SCS Demolition Projects (3) School Locations and (7) School
Locations of Portable Classrooms. The specifications are contained in the Design Project Manual.
Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all
requirements will be considered non-responsive.
Demolition services required for the complete removal of the existing Manor Lake ES, Southside HS,
Graves ES and seven (7) Portable Classroom Locations (i.e. Cherokee ES, Gardenview ES, Georgian Hills
MS, Knight Road ES, Oakhaven ES, Raleigh Egypt MS and Sharpe ES). Building and Portable Classrooms
must completely be demolition in its entirety including its associated appurtenances. (see pp. 14-20 for
detailed Scope of Work).
