Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fremont, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: earthwork and grading for open use public areas, parking areas and trail construction, construction of concrete building pads and structures, asphalt concrete and fine aggregate paving, signage and striping, installation of Owner-furnished pre-engineered restroom and gatehouse buildings, including all related plumbing and electrical connections, installation of electric vehicle charging stations, site furnishings including shade structures, wildlife observation platforms, picnic tables, benches, fencing, fine grading and planting of wetland, riparian and oak woodland areas, landscape planting, irrigation system, furnishing and installing preengineered pedestrian bridge, including micropile foundation and concrete abutments, erosion control blanket installation, hydroseeding, broadcast seed, and drill seeding.
