The University is inviting Construction Managers with proven experience successfully completing work on renovation construction projects to submit a Proposal for Central Academic Building (CAB) Level 1 Renewal - Phase 3 located at North Campus. Phase 3 of this project will remain aligned with the student space objectives previously defined and delivered in Phase 1 and Phase 2. In general, this renewal will involve a complete fit-up of the remaining floor space on Level 1 consisting of the following elements: .1 Abatement as required to supplement the full fit-up. .2 Ceilings and walls (A/M/E). .3 Flooring. .4 Social stair glass guardrail on level 1 ONLY (to meet current code & OUA requirements). .5 Scope of Work option to replace glass guardrail for the remaining building on level 2 and level 3. .6 Scope of Work options for electrical room relocation. .7 Coordination of University supplied furniture, fixtures & equipment (FFE).
