Site work for a civil project in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bowling Green Municipal Utilities Bowling Green Municipal Utilities invites Bidders to submit bids for upgrades to Bowling Green Primary Substation. The Work shall be substantially complete by April 30, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment by May 15, 2022. The owner will de-energize the portion of the substation where the work is to be accomplished for the month of April 2022.Water Meter Transfer Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids; and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established. Owner also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or other material changes to technical or contractual requirements.
