Permanent District Meter Area Metering Equipment BGMU requests bids from reputable and experienced entities capable of providing a minimum of forty bi-directional insertion meters to measure water distribution system flows into and from districtmetered areas (DMAs). The equipment must be compatible with technologies and equipment BGMU currently utilizes in its water distribution system. Bidders shall submit their bid per the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids; and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established. Owner also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or other material changes to technical or contractual requirements.
