Bidding is estimated for August of 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by the Andes Central School District 11-1, Lake Andes, South Dakota (hereinafter referred to as the District ) through their Owner Representative, KMS Engineering (hereinafter referred to as the OR ). The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a contract with a qualified firm to provide professional architectural and engineering design services and construction administration services for the addition of four to six new classrooms to the existing School at 1001 High Street, Lake Andes, South Dakota. Please provide six (6) hard copies and one (1) CD of the submittal in a sealed envelope or package and marked with Andes Central School District 11-1 Elementary School Classrooms. Delivery envelope or package containing the submittal envelope or package must be clearly addressed and marked as described below. KMS Engineering ATTN: Keith M.
