Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kenmore, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project has been awarded to Strider Construction Company in the amount of $6,472,518. The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct 6-acres of park improvements within the western 1.0 acres of the city of Kenmore park property.
